By using iSell, browsing iSell, or signing up for an account, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. DO READ THROUGH THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ANY FEATURE OF THE SITE. You are thereby agreeing to be bound by the following:

1. iSell is not responsible for any losses you may incur from the use of our website.
   iSell is a platform for users to buy, sell and trade directly from and with each other. In no way is iSell directly or indirectly responsible for any of the items or bundles listed on our site. iSell does not prescreen users, listings, and is not responsible for the condition, safety, authenticity, or any other aspects of the items listed.
Any use of our site is entirely at the user’s own risk, and iSell is not accountable for any losses that may be incurred.




2. iSell’s website is a platform
   As iSell serves as a site for users to directly interact with one another, as such, iSell cannot ensure that any user, whether buying or selling will complete the transaction and/or transfer ownership rights.

   iSell is not responsible for any images, items, descriptions, links, data, graphics, audio, profiles, or any other sort of content posted by users on the website. Use of iSell is entirely at your own risk.

   
   

3. Membership requirements
   By signing up for iSell you are acknowledging that you are at least 18 years old, and are eligible and willing to be legally bound by contracts under the applicable laws. You warrant that all, items or products that you list or upload onto the website exist, are real, and unquestionably yours. You warrant that all information or details that you submit are accurate and truthful. You also agree to abide by all terms and conditions, local laws, any applicable taxes, any applicable policies, rules and procedures that may be implemented or required by iSell now and in the future.




4. Prohibited content
   Any of the following is liable to be tagged and removed by iSell. The offending users may also face suspension or bans.
   • Any illegal or prohibited items by local laws are not allowed on iSell.
   • Any stolen or lost items, or any other items with questionable ownership are not allowed to be sold on iSell.
   • Your content and images must not be false or misleading
   • No adult images or images unsafe for public viewing should be used.
   • Obscene images or language.




5. Prohibited behaviour

   Any accounts or persons found to be guilty of any of the following behaviours will be suspended or banned. In serious cases, legal action will also be taken.

   • Stalking or harassment
   • Violation of any user’s privacy
   • Collection of other user’s personal information and/or data
   • Using iSell for any illegal activities including, but not limited to: Terrorism, exchange of stolen goods, money laundering.
   • Avoiding any sanctions or embargos imposed by any authority
   • Doing anything to damage or compromise iSell’s host servers
   • Infringing copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual properties
   • Doing anything to damage or compromise iSell’s reputation
   • Posting any content that can be considered as libellous, defaming, threatening, intimidating or damaging to iSell or any persons.
   • Link directly or indirectly to prohibited websites, websites dealing in prohibited items, or websites with obscene, illegal or dangerous content.




6. Content
   By using iSell, you, the user, are agreeing to allow iSell to use any information and content that you upload onto the site, or by other means, provide iSell with. You grant iSell a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database rights (but no other rights) you have in the Content, in any media now known or not currently known, with respect to your Content.
   iSell will only use your personal information for any iSell related needs.
   Personal information can be exchanged between users with the express consent of both parties. iSell is not responsible for any exchange, and is not giving users license to use the obtained information in any other way except to contact the party involved.
   Any content posted on iSell is also subject to being reposted or shared on any other third party websites, social media pages, and/or forums.




7. Liability and warranty
   By using iSell, you agree that iSell is exempt from any consequences and responsibility arising from the use of this website.
   iSell does not provide a warranty for any items purchased via this site, and no persons, companies, businesses, subsidiaries or any other affiliates of iSell will be held responsible for any loss, injury or trauma incurred by use of the website.
   Meetings are encourages, but users meet at their own risk. iSell is in no way responsible for any events that may or may not transpire during these meetings.
   In the case that a court of law ruling that iSell is indeed responsible for any infringements/injury/loss or any other applicable damage, the maximum amount claimable from iSell is $1.




8. iSell rights
   iSell reserves the right at all times to:
   
   • Remove any listings
   • Ban or limit access to iSell and it’s corresponding pages
   • Change, remove or update the terms and conditions, terms of service, and any other content on the website
   • Remove or revoke the service provided by iSell




9. Survival
   In the case of the expiry or termination of the legality or applicability of this agreement, the following sections are exempt from the termination or expiry and will continue to apply:
